Which is the best German language course / method to use to get to B1 quickly!

I will give you the same answer my Air Force Survival training instructor gave when asked "What is the best survival knife?"

His response was: "The one you have with you."

So I am going to paraphrase a little and say the best course / method is the one you use!

Ah, I see. I suppose it's similar to when I was learning English. I don't really have to consciously think about grammar when writing or speaking sentences; I just know that it's correct based on my familiarity with word order and vocabulary.

This is true. But also the one you can use and keep using. The only bad course is the one which makes you quit.
