I enjoy this thread and thought I should bump it.
Q: Dialogue rich computer games in second languages?
A: Computer games can learn second languages? What is this witchcraft?!
Q: Does "You" confuse you?
A: Well, I suppose sometimes I confuse myself. Not sure why this is in "General Language Discussion" and not a self help forum though.
Q: Maths letters and other symbols?
A: Like Roman Numerals?

Getting to native understanding – Forget it, you'll never understand them.
Spelling Mistakes – Why do you want to spell them?
Word analysis – dialog vs. frequency list - You people think too much.
Can you get the native pronounciation in languages counting syllables with applause? - What?
Crowdsourcing unofficial certifications – I doubt you'd have any difficulties with that...
Shorthand – Longhand.
Master foreign script – No, it's not.
Lay in bed or lie in bed? - That depends on whose bed you're in.
Getting used to one voice? - If you're the only one who hears it then you should consider it a problem.

It seemed the logical next link in the chain. Don't ask, I never even read the books. (Karl May.)

My answer: no. Reason: no languages count anything so there aren't any such languages. On the other hand, you as a human being might count things, but syllables with applause wouldn't be the most obvious choice.
