Here are a few of my ideas (some of them showing my sci-fi geek side, but I couldn’t resist).

Re: A new forum name?
Although I agree that "(Extraordinary) League of Language Learners" sounds quite nifty, LoL is already a well-established acronym referring to the hugely-popular video game League of Legends. LoLL would be a bit too close to that I feel...
Edit: Not to mention the old IM favourite Laugh Out Loud, of course.
Edit#2: I'm sorry but
This is a keeper!
And an honourable mention goes to...

I think I read something about the LanguageGate scandal a while ago, something that was related with tonguelovers.
My vote goes for
The Extraordinary League of Language Learners.
The Language Gate (but who's going to be the gatekeeper?)

How to Learn Another Language isn't exciting, but it has the same acronym which is nice.

WalkingAlone13 wrote:Though, as far as I remember it also means "life" in Finnish. Which, that in itself seems quite apt for a lot of us.
Well, elo is more poetic and used mostly in compounds like elokuva (film, "living picture"), elohopea (mercury/quicksilver, "living silver") or elokuu in its other meaning of crops (the month of crops, ie August). The more usual word for life is elämä
(omg i love finnish ❤)
